DELIVERIES & RETURNS
When you make an online purchase it is important to us that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. All online orders will be processed within 48hrs of payment and dispatched on the next business day. During sales periods your order will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. All items are registered and shipped via Australian Post. The postage cost varies from items to items based on the size and weight, and also the distance. If you spend over $200 we provide free standard shipping. We ship via AUSTRALIA POST. You are able to track your item once the order is dispatched.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Allure Accessories always wishes to please its customers, therefore we have a clear exchange/return policy. If you are not satisfied with Your purchase please let us know and:
Make sure the product is unworn
Make sure you have the receipt of the purchase
Send it back at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty or we have sent the wrong items, within 14 days of receipt.
Allure Accessories offer a full REFUND or Credit Note if the goods were purchased at full price & within 14 days of receipt. Providing the goods are returned with the purchase receipt, in an unworn condition.
RETURNING REDUCED ITEMS
We offer an EXCHANGE for the reduced priced items or a credit note will be given where an exchange is not possible.
To exchange an item you need to contact to us, make sure the product is unworn & receipt is kept. The postage cost must be covered by the customers (one way) and we will post the new product(s) on the way back. Unless the product was faulty.
