Delivery Policy

Physical goods

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via our registered freight provider within 5 working days; however if goods are unavailable for delivery will take a little longer.

 

Large Goods

Some products, such as ride on mowers cannot be ordered with standard delivery. In these cases, you will need to pay for your chosen product and at the point of purchase you will not be charged a shipping fee. We will contact you once we receive your order and we will discuss delivery options and pricing with you.

 

Please note that we are based in Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast. If you order goods from us that can be sourced more easily from your local dealer - we will contact you to discuss this.
